Ballet Techniques for Beginner Adults:

Ballet classes are a great way to improve posture, lengthen and tone muscles, improve coordination, balance and increase stamina while moving gracefully through a series of barre, floor and center exercises. This class is designed for the novice or returning adult ballet student.
