Information for GED graduates and ESOL certificiate recipients and their guests:

Photos We would like to present a slide show at the ceremony of current graduates and ESOL students.  Please send photos from class to graduation@occc.cc.or.us. If you make an appointment for a cap and gown fitting we can take a photo for the slide show at that time.
Attendance It is important for us to know if you will be walking at the graduation ceremony.  Please email roberta.green@occc.cc.or.us to confirm your participation in the June 13, 2014 ceremony.
Cap and Gown GED graduates will wear blue gowns this year. Please contact Roberta Green to arrange a fitting for a cap and gown from TBA. Photos for the slide show may be take at that time.

Next Step What will be your Next Step?  The information you provide on the form will be read at the graduation ceremony as you cross the stage to receive your certificate. Or, you may write on a 3 x 5 card letting us know what the future holds for you.  Will you be starting or continuing college classes?  Taking a break?  Looking for work?  
Parking Parking is free for you and your guests. 
Family and Guests You may bring as many guests as you wish to the ceremony.  No tickets or reservations are necessary for your guests.
Your GED Certificate When you cross the stage, you will receive a congratulatory note on rolled paper in place of your actual GED certificate. Your GED certificate from the College will be given to you when you return your cap and gown in the dressing room after the ceremony.  
Reception There will be refreshments served immediately following the ceremony in the main lobby at the Performing Arts Center.  Participants and guests are welcome.
