Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

The first step for students to apply for financial aid is the FAFSA. Undocumented students who do not qualify for FAFSA, apply for financial aid with the Oregon Student Aid Application (ORSAA) at To determine if you are eligible for FAFSA, use this filtering tool. It is recommended that DACA students submit both the FAFSA and the ORSAA.

Students planning to attend Oregon Coast Community College during the 2015-2016 academic year (Summer 2015-Spring 2016) should complete the 2015-2016 FAFSA. Students planning to attend during the 2016-2017 academic year (Summer 2016-Spring 2017) should complete the 2016-2017 FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1, 2016. Please use the school code for Portland Community College (PCC). PCC's school code is: 003213.

The best time to apply is as soon after January 1 as possible for the following academic year.  Below are the priority processing deadlines. You can apply for financial aid after these dates, but we cannot guarantee your financial aid will be proccessed in time for the payment deadline.
