Changes in Oregon Coast Community College's Placement Test

OCCC is now using COMPASS, a computer based placement test, for placement into college courses. Appointments to take the COMPASS test are now required as seating is limited.

The COMPASS placement test is now administered on Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. and Friday morning at 8:30 a.m.

To take the COMPASS test, persons will be required to use their S.S. number and show photo identification. The cost of the test is $15.00 and the retest fee per subject area is $5.00.
