This class explains the most common types of sleep disorders, identifies their causes, and explores various types of effective clinical and alternative treatments. The main focus of this class will be to discuss the origins of these conditions. Most sleep disorders are the result of lifestyle choices. You will learn the most effective way to improve sleep health is to examine the lifestyle choices that lead to the development of the sleep disorder(s) in the first place.
