Novel Writing

From gripping opening lines to memorable final page. This six-session writing course is for writers at any stage of their novel writing process. We’ll discuss how to build plots that delight the reader, create interesting characters through motivation and depth, write snappy dialogue, hold readers attention through scene by scene storytelling as well as opening hooks and closing with a flourish. Regardless of whether you are simply wanting to get started on your first novel, midway through a project or wondering what’s next with a completed novel, this course is designed to enhance your process. Plus, there will be time in class for sharing your work and learning from each other as we strive towards our goal of a completed novel.
