Phase One Details for Reopening Lincoln County Businesses

If you have not yet applied for reopening, updated information is available on the county website:  

The application on the county website is intended for facilities that are in unincorporated areas of the county. There are links to the individual jurisdictions/cities that have their own application and submission process for facilities within their areas.

Additional information

As businesses in Lincoln County reopen with the Phase 1 reopening, they need to do so with care to avoid penalties and to protect their employees and patrons. The State of Oregon has released guidance (including required and recommended steps and procedures) for various industries. There is a separate document featuring guidance for all employers. Fraud Alert

The SBA Programs recently issued a scam & fraud alert: If you are in the process of applying for an SBA loan and receive email correspondence asking for PII, ensure that the referenced application number is consistent with the actual application number. Look out for phishing attacks/scams utilizing the SBA logo. These may be attempts to obtain your personally identifiable information (PII),to obtain personal banking access, or to install ransomware/malware on your computer. Any email communication from SBA will come from accounts ending with The presence of an SBA logo on a webpage does not guaranty the information is accurate or endorsed by SBA.
