Trial Service Period

Each employee will serve a three-month trial service period beginning on the date of hire, transfer or promotion.

Performance evaluations will be conducted at the end of the trial service period. Step increases will not be granted upon completion of the trial service period.

If at any time during an employee’s trial service period it is determined that continued employment is not in the best interest of the College, the employee may be terminated at will.
